YOGA
Yoga with Carol takes place in Dundrum. In a light, airy and tranquil space dedicated to the practice of yoga, meditation, health and well-being.
Carol is a qualified yoga teacher through the Yoga Training Therapy Centre of Northern Ireland (YTTC) and a member of the Yoga Fellowship of Northern Ireland (YFNI).
Weekly one hour group classes are held most evenings, weekend workshops and private one-to-one sessions also available by appointment at a time to suit you.
